    Microgreen Garnet Red Amaranth has an earthy mild flavor that is usually suited for savory dishes, but can complement some sweet flavors as well. It is intended for raw preparations, specifically as a garnish, to add a punch of red color. The delicate leaves will wilt if exposed to prolonged heat and they do not stand up to heavy dressings and sauces. Micro Red Amaranth is best left undressed and added only at the very final stage of finishing a dish. Refrigerate in a sealed container and use immediately for the best result in quality.

      Highest in vitamin K1 compared to other microgreens as well as its matured counterpart. Microgreen Garnet Red Amaranth is rich in vitamin C, carotenoids, vitamin K, and vitamin E.
